Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns. After returning the original item, you can place a new order for the replacement.
