Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Products must be in their original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note that personalized or custom-made products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@pennsbestdesigns.com with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • A brief explanation of the issue (e.g., damaged product, incorrect order).

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed in the same manner as returns. After returning the original item, you can place a new order for the replacement.
